Kitchen includes a refrigerator, dual-basin sink, a five-burner gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, stocked coffee station (french press & coffee pot) and plenty of cooking supplies.

Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking/baking essentials.

Open concept dining room connects between the kitchen and the living room.

Dining room features a large table (seats 6 without expanding, or 8 once expanded).

Kid’s table and 2 kid’s chairs - perfect for toddlers through elementary kids. (The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of kid-friendly plates/utensils).

Get a good night’s sleep in the Queen Bed, beneath a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1 is located upstairs and has one Queen bed, plus one futon couch

Spacious living area within the bedroom - perfect to curl up with a book, or sleep an additional guest (futon couch).

From Bedroom #1, step outside directly to the back balcony, which overlooks the backyard.

Bedroom #2 is located downstairs and has one Queen bed

Ample clothes storage space with His & Hers dressers, plus a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 has an office area, complete with a 60” standing desk with motorized controls, chair, monitor, and basic office supplies.

Bedroom #3 (first floor) is currently set up as a toddler bedroom and include:s 1 toddler bed, a fold-out couch (folds to a twin), armoire, closet, bookshelf filled with books, games and toys.

Additional family items (full size crib, pack ‘n’ play, changing table) are available upon advanced request.

Note: the layout of Bedroom #3 is flexible if your family does not need these features (can be swapped for one queen size bed).

The Bonus Room is located in the landing area on the second floor, and has access to the front balcony. It is a semi-private space with one queen-size bed.

Enjoy the fresh air and direct views of the Atlantic ocean from the front balcony, which is accessible through the Bonus Room (upstairs).

Bathroom #1 (upstairs) boasts dual sinks, plenty of storage, and includes both a walk-in shower (pictured) and jacuzzi tub (see other photo).

Bathroom #1 (upstairs) has a relaxing jacuzzi tub.

Bathroom #2 (first floor) comes stocked with a hairdryer, soaps, paper products, and plenty of bath towels.

Laundry room is equipped with brand new (2023) GE Washer & Dryer, and stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Note: the laundry room is located in a shared space within the backyard guesthouse (not directly in the Seaglass Cottage) and is shared between the 3 units on the property.

The property is walking distance to the beach! (1/2 block, sidewalk the entire way)
